The Regal Marketplace @ El Paseo in Fresno, California, is a 50,000-square-foot, 10-screen movie theater featuring an RPX auditorium. The project involved ground-up electrical construction, including full switchgear, distribution panels, HVAC system wiring, interior/exterior lighting, and low-voltage systems installation.

IKEA Covina (serving West Covina, CA) is a 315,000-square-foot furniture store featuring a multi-level parking structure with underground elements. The project involved a significant remodel, including updated showroom sections for kitchens, living rooms, lighting, and workspaces; an expanded Swedish Food Market; and a new self-serve warehouse. Additionally, a new fire pump room was added to the parking structure.
